I’m really glad to be writing this article and it’s just because I can’t wait to start writing about the truly working ways on how to make $1,500 a month from home.
This means, there are tons of ways to make $1,500 dollars, but then, you can make this right from your home without ever stepping out of the house.

Right in this article, I won’t be talking about playing games and taking sign up bonuses here and there to feed my affiliate thirstiness.
I’ll be sharing some of the real ways you can build wealth online over the long haul.
With this in mind, here are 13 proven ways to make $1,500 a month from home.
How to Make $1,500 a Month from Home: 13 Proven Methods.
1. Start a niche blog.
Realistically, you can generate as much as $1,500 dollars on a blog, from home.
Not just any blog, but a niche blog.
But then, what’s a niche blog?
I’ll explain in the simplest ways that I can in a couple of lines from here.
Niche blogging: What it is.
A niche blog is a blog that’s about a particular topic. Today, there are tons of blogs on the internet.
And they all deal in different topics.
We’ve got food blogs, tech blogs, health blogs, and a lot more in different areas of interest.
There are frugal living blogs that are all about frugal living, there are blogs on the internet about law, and even about entertainment.
These are all niche blogs.
Although there are other blogs with a mix of different topics, they’re non-niche blogs and so therefore, can’t really be successful unless they’re run by multiple authors (who are experts in different niches).
Now that you understand what a niche blog is, the first thing you want to do when looking to build a blog is to pick a niche.
The general idea is to pick a niche you’re interested in, or a niche that you’re passionate about.
You can create a blog and make it successful if it’s about a topic you’re passionate about.
But I’m more of a business guy versus a passion guy, and to make a lot of money, you follow where the money goes.
Picking a niche, you want to focus on a number of interrelated profitable blogging niches in the 21st century.
Once you’re done picking a niche, you can start thinking about a name for your blog, and it’s best to use a random name in case you’d like to change your niche later.
Your blog name should never be tied to your niche.
Moving forward, you can make as much as $200k a month blogging from home.
But then, it’ll start from the very first $1 dollar, and then $10 dollars, and gradually grow.
It takes time to build a successful blog, but you can make $1,500 a month from home blogging within the space of 10 – 15 months.
If you want to start your blog right away, here’s a master blogging guide and everything in it to get started.
2. YouTube.
Working from home, you can earn $1,500 with a YouTube channel.
The thing is, starting a YouTube channel is totally free.
You just need to know what you’re doing to make money with it.
Just like starting a blog, a YouTube channel will require you to stick to a niche to make money or monetize your channel productively.
Sticking to a niche or an area of interest is important because your audience/viewers need to know what your channel is all about.
Once they’re able to tell if your channel is about this or that, they’ll find it easy to subscribe if your niche resonates with them.
But if you’re all over the place, then there’s a chance you’ll never build a massive loyal audience online.
Furthermore, stay consistent on YouTube and you should see results in a couple of months.
Maybe not crazy results like I make it sound, but you’ll start seeing your stats and subscriber figures coming together to make sense.
3. Freelance writing.
Another way on how to make $1,500 a month from home is to start freelance writing.
Yes, writing as a freelancer online and from home is free to start, you don’t need to pay a dime to get started.
You’re the asset here, and you’re armed with the money-making skill.
On platforms like Fiverr, you can get paid up to $0.5 per word you type.
That’s true.
And if you manage to write 1,000 words of content, that’s $500 dollars.
Even if you’re paid $0.2 per word, that’s still $200 dollars per project. Plus, you’ll be doing this in a month.
You only need about 8 projects or writing gigs to crush the $1,500/month milestone.
I’m not a big fan of bagging certificates, but a certificate from one of the top colleges in the US will highly amplify your chances of getting freelance writing gigs.
This is because people (or freelance employers) want to work with academically competent writers.
So, on Fiverr, articulately structure your profile.
And if you’ve written for websites online before, list them there for prospective clients to check out.
4. Affiliate marketing.
Affiliate marketing is one way to build passive income on the internet.
It’s also a way to make more money from emerging or new products. And the old ones too.
In your niche.
How affiliate marketing works is simple, you recommend products to people, and once they buy these products, you get paid a commission.
One of the easiest ways to start affiliate marketing is to sign up to become an Amazon affiliate marketer, and then share your affiliate link with everyone you can think of.
Tell them they get a discount when they use your link.
They actually will.
But this method of affiliate marketing won’t take you to $10k per month, even if $1,500 a month is attainable with this approach to affiliate marketing.
That’s what this article is about, right?
5. Forex trading.
So, if you’re willing to bear more risk, this is for you.
In life, you’ve gotta take risks to get to some place.
Firstly, trading the Forex market isn’t free.
It’s like using your money to make more money.
You get into a trade, and if things go well, you make some extra money.
To a very large extent, you can determine the outcome of things so that it’s not 90% gamble.
Forex trading has its rules, ethics.
You play by them, you trade strategically while observing and minimizing risks, you get the money.
6. Course sales.
Selling courses online is one of the ways to generate passive income especially if you’re working from home.
While you need to be really good at what you do to make a course, the course and the design doesn’t have to be 5-star.
What really matters is the value; the quality you’re bringing to the table.
And the presentation of knowledge you’re contributing.
I know this is sounding like a research paper, but then, you can create a course about anything.
Anything teachable.
If you’re good at it, then you can create a course to teach it, and people will buy it as long as they’re interested in learning how it’s done.
From your home, you can passively generate well over $1,500 dollars in course sales.
Make use of platforms like Thinkific to bring your course together, and then market it on Udemy, and social media to gain traction.
Whatever it is, it should be 110% original, unique, and ultra quality.
Once you hit the publish button to ebook libraries, that’s it.
There’s no going back.
7. Online tutoring.
If you want to learn how to make $1,500 a month from home, then online tutoring is a way out.
You don’t need a degree to work with some websites, and you do need some form of certification to work with some others.
The point is; you can work from home and make money teaching online.
Websites like Cambly, Tutor.com, Wyzant, and Chegg will pay you up to $20/hour to teach (basically English) students online.
If you do this every day for 3 hours, that’d be $60 dollars in a day and $1,800 dollars a month.
These are super conservative figures.
You could make more.
8. Freelance proofreading.
If you’re so good with the English language that you can proofread even better than Grammarly, then you can get yourself gigs on freelance marketplaces paying as high as $31/hour.
It’s not a tedious activity, but I can assure you that it’s laced with boredom.
And you’ve gotta do it alone in a quiet place unless you plan on outsourcing the gigs while you get your hands dirty in another hustle.
As a proofreader, you bring the sense into a document.
You take out the bluff, and then you’re heavily paid for it.
To earn more money, you can apply for writing gigs, editing gigs, along with proofreading gigs on freelance marketplaces.
9. Stock trading.
Stock trading is another way to make $1,500 a month from home (with a cup of creamy coffee ☕ by your side).
The truth is, you can make more money.
And it’s not a free activity to try out.
Stock trading requires you to learn the ropes.
This means you’d have to learn how to trade stocks and how to minimize risks. 100% sure, there’ll be risks. It’s a market.
You lose, someone else wins.
And you win because someone lost.
With this in mind, it’s a game of strategy, luck, emotional control, and experience.
10. Podcasting.
Podcasting is a great way to reach out to an audience online, and you can start a podcasting channel (or an audio blog) right from your home.
If you currently keep a full-time job, you can slowly build your podcasting channel from scratch until it’s making enough money for you to quit your full-time job.
If you’re not currently on a full-time 9 – 5, then you can dedicate your time to building your podcasting channel from scratch.
Every podcasting channel or audio blog rolls with a niche or a series of interrelated niches.
Find yours, learn the best ways to build an audio blog, and monetize it.
Some of the biggest audio bloggers or podcasters are worth well over $10 million dollars, with Joe Rogan taking the first spot.
11. Video editing.
As a video editor, tons of people (like myself) require your services to come up with catchy videos for their brands or their channels.
Or for some other purpose.
Now, you can make money from home working as a video editing freelancer, or you can start up a video streaming blog where you just make videos and talk about different topics.
It makes sense to stick to a YouTube channel if you want to go solo on your path to making money as a video editor.
YouTube pays faster, and it’ll take you more time to grow a video blog.
You can start out on YouTube and then build your video blog alongside when you start getting some good traction on YouTube.
On the other hand, you can freely sign up right now on Fiverr to get video editing gigs paying from $25 to $100 bucks (depending on your level of expertise).
Thinking about $1,500 dollars a month from home?
Video editing for freelance employers can get you there (while you do what you’re good at).
12. Crypto trading.
Without a doubt, trading crypto is profitable. Highly profitable.
And you can generate much more than $1,500 a month trading from home.
Firstly, you’ll need to invest into trading by opening a real account on Binance.
If you’re a pro trader before now, you can go on with trading to make $1,500+ a month.
And you must decide if day trading or swing trading is right for you.
Again, you have to know your markets, and know when the markets are the most volatile.
Lastly, prioritize risk management, and always implement risk management techniques to be on a safer side.
If you’re not good at trading, then you want to take out some time to learn crypto trading before proceeding.

13. Binary options.
Just like crypto, you need money to trade the binary options market.
It’s not a lot of money, but you can start with $100 dollars.
And slowly grow it over the next couple of weeks to $1,500.
Trading wisely, you’ll be able to make this happen.
But it’s not all about trading wisely, you need to be aware of the risk of losing and how it could happen so that you can avoid it.
Best practice?
Learn to trade the binary options market before delving into it.
Take out a week, or a month.
Play around with a demo account, and then things will begin to make more sense.
I’d recommend trading with a fat capital like $1,000 dollars so that you’re able to survive risks, and make more money.
How to Make $1,500 a Month from Home: 13 Proven Methods – Final Words.
While there are more ways to make $1,500 a month from home, these 13 ways work pretty well.
Now, you’re not going to make $1,500 the next minute or day or week you start doing them.
They take time to grow.
A few of them having to do with trading the online financial markets can make you money much faster than you’d imagine, but there’s a learning curve and they bear more risk.
